Dynamic Stability Enhancement Through the Application of Stabilizers of Electromechanical Oscillations

Power system dynamic stability is one of key issues engineers face. Oscillations that regularly occur in the system, limit transmission capability network. The need to study power systems has been increasingly growing along with development and their grouping into large interconnections. focus this paper determining a synchronous generator, thus by applying general theory systems. Furthermore, procedure for initial adjustment parameters conventional (IEEE3 type PSS1A) stabilizer electromechanical oscillations briefly described based on frequency response analysis linear generator model also known as Heffron-Phillips model.
